Looking back, I can’t imagine going through the process without her. During pregnancy, Shelia was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner and shared numerous helpful resources. When I went into labor, Shelia headed to the hospital without the delay and was a huge support to my husband and I from beginning to end. During labor, she was incredible at recommending and guiding us through various birthing positions, always helping me find what felt most comfortable and effective in the moment. She also thoughtfully captured photos throughout our labor and delivery—memories we will cherish forever. I felt informed, supported, and never alone.
