Arri was amazingly helpful as a postpartum doula while my son was in the newborn phase. My husband and I are first time parents, and we were definitely struggling with learning how to take care of the baby while doing chores to make sure the household was still running. Arri was so helpful with both! She has a wonderfully calm and patient demeanor, and would rock and shush my baby to sleep for more than an hour when my husband and I were at our wit's end. She's also an incredible cook and helped meal prep delicious, nourishing meals that helped keep us going. Laundry, tidying up, putting away my son's clothes...she did so much to support us, which helped us stay sane. Plus, she is a joy to have around and talk to - especially during those isolating first postpartum months. If you are thinking you might need just a little extra help after birth, don't hesitate!
