When I was pregnant with my first child, I wanted to seek postpartum support from a doula. After chatting with Lynn, I knew I had to have her as my doula. Prior to birth, she came over and provided my husband and I with tons of useful information, including labor positions/massages, how to change a diaper, use a car seat, etc. We were first time parents and as you can imagine, bringing our baby girl home from the hospital was exciting, yet very overwhelming. Lynn started her first shift with us a few days after my daughter was born and her presence was a breath of fresh air. She took care of our baby girl, and gave us a wealth of knowledge. She was supportive and never judgmental.
Being a new parent and welcoming a 'stranger' into your home was challenging for me initially, but I was able to get some sleep while trusting that my baby girl was well taken care of. I always looked forward to the evenings when Lynn was over. Overally my experience with Lynn has been nothing short of exceptional. She was there with me as I labored and took care of my daughter to 2 months old! For anyone looking for a postpartum doula, I highly recommend Lynn. You and your family will be well taken care of.
