615 Doulas were incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. We worked with Miriam and Tanesha, who were both so knowledgeable. They helped us in creating affirmations that were key in building confidence as well as labor position practice and breathwork, but the most exceptional part was their support during an unexpected labor and delivery process. Miriam was a calm, steady presence during a very scary period, and I can't imagine going through labor and delivery without her there. Coincidentally, Tanesha happened to be at the hospital at the same time and was able to visit with us and provide additional reassurance, knowledge, and a calm presence. We are so thankful for both of them. They were also great about checking in postpartum and helping me process the experience.
