She always came prepared with helpful materials and tools that helped ease our anxieties.
Beyond her knowledge, Sarah is such a wonderful human. She is sweet, fun, and incredibly caring, and her calming presence made something so daunting feel manageable. Whether it was general prep, unexpected situations, or the big day itself, she was always fully there for us.
During Pranaya’s birth, Sarah truly did it all. She advocated for Pranaya, encouraged her through every stage of labor, and paid close attention to her needs — making sure she was hydrated, massaging sore arms and legs, and helping her stay as comfortable as possible. In Pranaya’s most vulnerable moments, Sarah was loving and supportive, and she also made sure to capture the beautiful moments we will treasure forever.
Sarah was there for us immediately postpartum, walking us through those emotional first days and weeks with so much empathy and understanding. Even now, she continues to check in and provide meaningful support.
Sarah is so much more than a doula — she feels like a close friend and sister who walked this entire journey with us. We are endlessly grateful for her care and cannot recommend her highly enough.
