Doula Beth was wonderful physical and emotional support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth! She helped us feel prepared through education and counseling in early pregnancy and she supported my 3rd trimester anxiety. She went above and beyond to attend a few additional events/procedures. During labor she supported me with comfort measures, helped us make educated decisions, soothed my panic attack, and took priceless photos of birth and first moments with our son. I'd highly recommend having an educated and supportive Doula like Beth on anyone's birthing team. Beth even made our baby the cutest hat ever and it actually stays on his head!!
