Ally was an absolute pleasure to work with. Going in to my first pregnancy, I had a lot of questions and worries. She was there to support me and answer my questions every step of the way. Not only did she provide an answer, but she presented research based, unbiased articles so I could make an educated decision on everything in question. She taught me things such as breathing techniques, different postions and meditation/self talk that would guide me along in labor. Ally also provided emotional support during labor as she was a familiar face that brought me comfort during the most challenging times. Postpartum, she was kind enough to bring me tea that helped with lactation and also yummy granola bites. Although my birth plan went completely out the door when they called for an emergency C-Section, Ally gave me exactly what what needed in each present moment and ensured I tapped into what we went over in the previous weeks.
I would highly reccommend Ally to any expecting mothers and will most certainly be utilizing her services if we are expecting again in the future.
