Ashley was our postpartum doula for the first three months of our baby's life! We don't have family nearby, so her visits each week were such a life saver. She not only shared tips and compassion that built our confidence as new parents but trouble-shooted challenges I was having with breastfeeding, watched our baby, helped with chores and made sure our dog got a little extra attention, too. Ashley has a rolodex of resources and we also ended up working with a sleep consultant she recommended to help navigate gentle sleep training when our baby was a few months older.
