We had a wonderful experience Hilary. From the very beginning, Hilary was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I first reached out to her while she was traveling, and despite that, she took the time to connect with me and make sure I would have the right support in place postpartum. She shared helpful tips and resources along the way and even checked in when I was heading to the hospital, which made me feel genuinely supported during a stressful time.
We worked with two doulas for our night and day support - Meredith Bausemer and Rachael Gallagher, and both were fantastic in their own ways.
Meredith was such a pleasure to work with. I felt I could trust her from day one. She is very kind, calm and reassuring. She consistently checked in during the weeks leading up to delivery and I felt a connection even before our postpartum care officially started. Her nighttime support made a world of difference for our family. She took wonderful care of our baby, helped me with nursing and made sure we were creating the right environment for the baby to sleep well. On the nights she was here, my partner and I were able to get real rest, which made a huge difference in our recovery. I would truly recommend Meredith to anyone looking for postpartum support, especially for nighttime care.
Rachael supported us during the day and was an absolute powerhouse. She was incredibly productive, well-organized and resourceful. She helped with so many things, educated me on newborn care and postpartum recovery and gave me the space and rest I needed during those early days. I would highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking for comprehensive daytime postpartum support.
Overall, I highly recommend New England Family Needs and Hilary’s team for postpartum care. The level of support, communication and care we received made a meaningful difference in our postpartum experience.
