Hire Jessica. She is an amazing doula. I have worked with three different doulas for three different births and can definitively say my birth with Jessica was my best experience. She is warm, personable, and professional. And, of course, passionate about birth and helping couples achieve their goals!
Her prenatal care is fantastic. During our prenatal visits, she carefully listened to me and understood my goals. When I went into labor at 41 weeks, I walked into the labor room confident that we were all on the same page about birth.
During labor she immediately set the tone by making the room more comfortable with music and a fan. Whenever I needed encouragement, she was right there. She never flagged, got tired, or was distracted. Her ability to stay tuned in and consistently offer support was impressive. At the end of my labor, we had a minor complication that was quickly resolved. Even amid that chaos, she was calm, collected, and coaching me how to breathe.
Oh, and on top of all that, she's an amazing photographer. It was the only time I had a professional photographer present, and I treasure the pictures she took of me and my son. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with Jessica’s services and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.
