Amy was the best doula! When Amy would come to the house, I felt like everything was going to be okay. I had some traumatic experiences in the hospital which made trusting others difficult- Amy was gentle and slow to help me feel at ease and safe. She also made it feel safe to vocalize my anxiety or triggers- Amy truly made me feel like she was there to guide me and support me through the postpartum time. She was also very good at making sure I had water and was fed!
