Kalen helped us with daytime support for our premature twins for three months. Our babies arrived home from NICU much earlier than anticipated, and we were completely unprepared. Kalen offered to make herself available to help us take them home from NICU and get them comfortable at home even though it was her day off.
We were very nervous about transitioning from the hospital—where the babies had constant monitoring—to home. Kalen truly hand-held us through this process and helped us better understand our babies’ needs. From the very first day, our babies took to her immediately, and we saw how calm and settled they became in her presence. Her guidance and support made this transition significantly easier for us parents as well as the babies.
Kalen is extremely punctual, diligent, and highly knowledgeable. As first-time parents with very little hands-on experience, we had countless worries and questions. She always answered patiently and thoughtfully, often providing research-based references. Even on days she wasn’t working, she remained responsive over text when we had urgent questions, which we deeply appreciate.
Above all, Kalen is incredibly trustworthy and has a very calming nature that helped both us and our babies during a very challenging time. The safety and needs of the babies always came first for her. We are immensely grateful for her care and support and cannot recommend her highly enough.
