Thais was one of the best decisions I made for my birth, and it was worth every single penny.My labor lasted many long hours, and she was with me at the hospital from the morning until my baby was born at 11:35 pm. She stayed by my side the entire time, offering constant support, reassurance, and calm presence.She knew exactly where and how to massage when I was in pain, helped me try different positions to encourage the baby to move from a sunny-side-up position, and continuously reminded me to breathe and stay grounded. She also made sure I stayed hydrated and comfortable, which made a huge difference during such an intense experience.When it came time to push, everything moved very quickly because she taught me how to breathe and push properly.
