Dominica was truly a godsend! She supported us as our postpartum night doula in the first couple of months after our baby was born. We had a really terrible experience with a different Doula right before we started working with Dominica, so we really needed some support from someone who had a calm & kind energy. Dominica was exactly that and more! Our baby loved her and would fall asleep with her so easily. We felt like we could truly relax and breathe a sigh of relief whenever Dominica was around, which is such a rare blessing in the first couple of months postpartum. As first time parents, we had a lot of questions, and we also had a difficult birth experience, which had caused some postpartum anxiety. Dominica always made us feel reassured when we asked questions and never made us feel like something was wrong with us for being worried about our baby (which was what we had experienced with the doula we worked with previously). I would recommend Dominica as a postpartum doula to anyone & everyone. We absolutely loved her and will hopefully be able to work with her again if we have more babies in the future!
