Heather was exactly what I needed as a first time mom and first homebirth experience. She entered the room and there was such a peace about her. She helped me with breathing through contractions, trying new labor positions and reassuring my husband as time went on. Our son was born before the midwives were able to make it and Heather was calm, cool and collected as we scooped him up and placed him on my chest. She was on the phone immediately with the midwives and relaying everything to them. I am SO incredibly grateful for her knowledge and peaceful presence. We are looming forward to baby #2 soon and Heather was me of the very first people that we reached out to after seeing the positive pregnancy test. I am looking forward to another homebirth with Heather by my side.
