My husband and I took a birth class with Jennifer that focused on the Body Ready Method, and it was incredibly helpful. She explained the physiological side of birth in a clear, approachable way—especially how the pelvis works and how the baby moves through each stage. We practiced movements that facilitate progression of labor and I'm excited to use them soon. We hope for an unmedicated labor, and Jennifer's class did a great job preparing my partner to support me, both at home during early labor and later in the hospital.
