Rocky was an incredible doula and an invaluable support during my second pregnancy and birth. She is extremely knowledgeable about birth and the many scenarios that can arise during labor. She took the time to thoroughly explain my options and helped me create a birth plan that felt informed, personalized, and empowering.
When my baby was breech in the third trimester, Rocky offered a variety of evidence-based techniques and exercises to encourage baby to turn. Thanks to her guidance, my baby did flip, allowing me to have the birth experience I had hoped for.
Rocky also included my husband by providing a hands-on session where she taught him practical comfort measures for labor as well as techniques to assist with encouraging baby to flip. Her calm, confident, and encouraging presence made a huge difference, and she was always easy to reach and very communicative.
I felt reassured knowing that no matter how my labor unfolded, Rocky would be by my side. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and dependable doula!!
