Having Kim to support us through our first birth has been one of the best decisions we've made in this process. Kim came to our apartment before birth, aligned with us on our birth plan, and answered our questions with the ease of a well-seasoned doula. During my labor and delivery, Kim jumped into action at the right time to ensure I was on track and the baby was in the correct position for optimal pushing. I really appreciated how well Kim worked with the hospital's L&D team during the intense pace of birth; I felt secure and at no point was I worried that something would be missed or my wishes would be ignored. I felt well-prepared going into delivery. What I've found most valuable is Kim's counsel throughout the entirety of this process--having a non-family member and birthing expert there to help make good decisions and calm my nerves has been invaluable as a first time mom with a lot of anxiety. I never felt judged or like I surprised Kim. Her wealth of experience lends itself to a great working relationship and positive birthing experience. I can't recommend her enough! Thanks Kim!
