Elena was amazing and truly a lifesaver for us in the first few weeks with our baby. We are first-time parents with no family nearby, so we really needed help. Elena guided us through so many important things: the first bath, bottle feeding, how to safely use the baby carrier, and even simple diaper changes. She answered all our "Am I doing this right?" type of questions, which really helped us build our confidence as parents. She is very knowledgeable and always offered great advice, making sure we had choices so we could pick what worked best for us. For example: • When our baby started cluster feeding, she taught us about the 3-6-9 growth spurt pattern. • She recommended looking at our current living patterns when prepping our home for the baby. This advice made us set up the nursing station in the living room instead of the nursery which was definitely the better spot for us.
