I appreciated her use of evidence-based methods and how she explained everything in such a helpful, down-to-earth way. Her guidance made me feel more comfortable and prepared leading up to the big day.
She was incredibly attentive—always available for calls or texts, especially before and after doctor’s appointments—to answer questions and empower me to make decisions about my care.
While many other doula’s only meet you at the hospital, Dana went above and beyond by coming to our house in the middle of the night to support me during early labor. With her guidance, I was able to labor at home for two more hours before heading to the hospital than I probably would’ve alone.
She also came to the house for a postpartum visit to help me navigate mastitis and other early challenges—and even brought delicious lactation cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I can’t recommend Dana highly enough. Having her by my side made all the difference, and I’m so thankful for her expertise, compassion, and unwavering support.
