Dawn was an incredible resource to us as first time parents. We trusted her completely to be in our home overnight and care for our newborn son. She has such a warm demeanor and a nurturing presence. Dawn had wonderful suggestions to help improve and extend the baby's overnight sleep and now at 14 weeks he is sleeping 11 hours straight. She was also very easy to work with as far as scheduling, she fit us in where she could since she was already working with another family when we reached out for support. My only regret is I wish we had discovered her earlier and booked her further in advance!
