She introduced us to several coping techniques that truly helped me manage the pain and stay grounded during labor (unmedicated and reached 5cm dilation before c-section was decided). As a first-time mom, I was overwhelmed, but she guided me through difficult situations with calm, clarity, and compassion. There were moments where her guidance even helped us arrive at the right decisions for our family.
