Working with Maine Doulas was truly life-saving for me. We worked with Natalie as our pre-natal doula and attended her hypnobirthing class. Natalie is kind, practical, and very knowledgable. She helped prepare me for the birth experience and I was extremely lucky to have her by my side during delivery. But really, the most impactful services Natalie and her team provided were postpartum. Natalie was able to quickly come in and provide overnight care for my new family after our birth. I should have booked this ahead of time, and I am so grateful she was able to step in with her team to help us. This postpartum care helped me gain confidence as a new mom, eased some of my PPMD, taught me tricks about how to care for my baby that I never would have know otherwise. Natalie also normalized my postpartum experience for me and for that I am very grateful. For everything I am very grateful. At least once a week if not more I am thinking of her and how wonderful she is when I look at my son. We will definitely be working with Natalie and Maine Doulas if we choose to have another baby.
