I don't know what I would have done without Christina! Especially because I hired her for my first pregnancy, I really wanted a coach because the amount of information available was overwhelming! I opted for both labor and postpartum support. Christina helped me learn breathing techniques and taught me exercises I did daily to make labor easier. I want to emphasize that if she was not with me in the hospital during labor I probably would have given up! She provided hip squeezing to offset contraction pains which I couldn't have done without and assisted me with trying many different laboring positions, fragrance oils, comb for squeezing and music for comfort. I wanted a natural birth free of interventions and pain meds and I am very pleased with the outcome of being able to get to 8cm naturally! Not only did Christina provide emotional support but also key tips and tricks on breastfeeding and lactation and provided the best postpartum support I could possibly ask for. SHE IS AMAZING! She truly cares about her work and is passionate, extremely knowledgeable and a fun person to be around. I highly recommend her!! She is family to us. Thanks Christina, we love you!!
