I would not have asked for a better doula with my first pregnancy. Adriana is very professional and knows what she does. At the same time she also offers a very personalized experience throughout the journey. We met her in the middle of our pregnancy and she helped us a lot since day 1 up until a month after the baby was born. She understands and is very knowledgeable about her field and at the same time is definitely very experienced in what she does. She provided a very thorough guidance on diet, workout, work, supplements, daily activities, product to use during and after pregnancy and postpartum period. She is just awesome. She respected and supported our choices for during and after the labor day and provided us with the perfect referrals whenever needed. Her visits felt like it brought a lot of confidence in us for our first time. She always kept checking on us for every detail that was necessary. She is such a sweet lady. Also visited with us at the hospital for our first appointment and she was there on time when labor started. Really helped a lot with labor. She guided us at each step and checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay and comfortable. Spent really quality time explaining the process of this journey and also provided with some information on paper to go through that really helped u prepare for our journey. Adriana is just perfect, and I would not choose any other doula than her if and when I have another child.
