Hailey was an amazing help to myself and my newborn. She was extremely communicative, professional, and made this second time birth experience so much easier. As sleep deprivation is extremely challenging when having a baby, Hailey came in and allowed me to heal from my c section, gave me peace of mind that my little one was getting cared for while I slept, and helped our little family sail through the trenches. Hailey helped me in the beginning with medications, helped the baby with feeds, changes, washing bottles and laundry, and even went as far as to make me coffee in the morning. It was wonderful to be cared for after having a baby and looking forward to sleeping through the night. Additionally, Hailey has a peaceful sense of calm when she comes in; not once was she ever flustered, frustrated, or overwhelmed with the nights. We truly appreciated her time with us and if we ever have another baby she's the first one we are calling!
