She gently helped me shower when I could barely move after my C-section, taught me how to bathe my daughter, and gave me so much helpful advice—from what foods to eat for healing to how to support good sleep and feeding habits. She made sure I actually napped and took care of myself, and even helped organize my home so everything was easier and more baby-friendly. She supported us with feeding, diapering, baby wearing, bonding, and all the little things that made such a big difference. She also jumped in with light housework, bottle prep, dishes, baby laundry, and even grocery shopping when needed.
