I cannot recommend Suzanne and Cari enough! Suzanne was an incredible support throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum journey. When the hospital midwives were pushing for interventions I didn’t want, Suzanne listened to my concerns and helped me confidently advocate for what I wanted. Her knowledge and experience were truly invaluable.
My baby was breech, and Suzanne provided exercises and positions to encourage the baby to flip. At one point, the baby did flip, then flipped back—but Suzanne remained supportive and reassuring through every step. In the end, I delivered via C-section, which was something I had hoped to avoid, but Suzanne reminded me that whatever decision I chose, it was best for my baby and me, and she helped me feel at peace with my final decision. She was incredible during the surgery and helped me remain calm and relaxed as well as documented our first moments with our baby.
Postpartum, Suzanne and Cari were amazing. They listened with empathy during my postpartum visit and made me feel heard and supported. Cari handled my placenta with thought and care as she performed the encapsulation.
Beyond her doula work, Suzanne did a phenomenal job with my maternity and newborn photos—they are absolutely beautiful and something I will treasure forever.
