I met Kimberly during my search for a doula with my first baby. I interviewed 15 doulas and it wasn't until I met Kimberly that I felt that "click", I knew I would be comfortable with her. She's kind and patient, and really listened to my wants as well as my concerns. My first labor was considered "normal", but it was very long and taxing. I found out right after that my Mom had been battling cancer while I was pregnant and this spiraled me into a postpartum depression. Kimberly came to check in person and called multiple times to make sure I was ok. I can honestly owe so much of the positive parts of my birth and postpartum experience to her. I had my second baby 9 months ago and it just felt like I had family in the room with me. She came in, set up the room to make it a calmer environment and followed my body's cues. She is a must to have in your delivery/postpartum experience, I could not have done it without her.
