Not only was she an amazing help prenatally with coaching me on preparing my body, mind, and soul. She also was a huge help during labor. She prayed over me, spoke words of encouragement, was a helpful hand, and came prepared with a TENS unit, labor comb, rebozo, techniques to make labor less painful... you name it, she had it.
