When I was researching and looking for a doula for my birth, I came accross Beth's website and instagram and instantly knew that her pratice was for me. She is so warm and easy to talk to. From our first zoom call, I instantly felt a closeness with Beth and was able to be myself and share anything. Her partner doula, Christine, ended up being with us for the birth of our son, but Beth was integral to our pre-birth and postpartum experience. She helped me over the phone upon finding out I needed to be induced at 38 weeks about how to get the information I needed from my providers, helped me calm down and process the news, make a plan with my husband, and made me feel much better about everything. She was also the person that taught me how to use my breast pump and helped me pump for the first time which as any new breastfeeding mother knows, is a big moment! I do not understand how anyone goes through pregnancy, birth or postpartum without a doula - I am so, so fortunate that I found Beth and Christine and working with them is the reason I had such a postive birth experience. I would recommend Beth to anyone!
