Terry Wong was incredibly supportive and informative throughout my pregnancy. She gave me and my partner, Mook, confidence and knowledge that we never received from our doctors during virtual visits. Terry guided us through role-playing and practicing different scenarios we might encounter during delivery, which helped us stay calm and prepared. She taught us about medical interventions and alternatives, and we went over our birth plan in detail.
Most importantly, she helped us do the emotional groundwork—acknowledging that birth doesn’t always go as planned, but making sure we felt informed, empowered, and in control of our experience.
