She was able to answer my (copious) questions in detail, as well as gave me questions to ask my medical team when I didn't know what I should be asking. During my labor and eventaul c-section Keli was a strong, calm advocate. She worked well with my Dr and nurses. She helped me voice my preferences, and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on at each step. She was exactly the person I needed in the moment.
