We've had the most wonderful experience with Liza. She's been extremely helpful throughout last trimester, labor and postpartum. We got the full package and we would absolutely do it again.
I've followed Liza's recommendations (books, mental and physical exercises and more) during pregnancy and I felt well prepared for labor and all the possible ways it may go. Luckily, my labor went great and Liza definitely played huge role in it. From physical and emotional support during contractions, to help with golden hour and very first breastfeeding. She's been with us, she made sure my birth plan was followed, and most importantly she helped me to follow my own birth plan.
Liza has also provided amazing postpartum care recommendations, way more comprehensive than what I got in the hospital. I've healed extremely well thanks to that.
Liza also helped me succeed with breastfeeding. Without her guidance I might have gave up multiple times. But now I feel confident and happy about it. She's also still always available online and has been supporting us in our new roles as parents. If/when we're going to have another child, we'll work with Liza again without hesitation.
