I cannot recommend Deep Water Doulas enough to anyone interested in having a natural birth. This was my second pregnancy on insulin where I needed to be induced. Even though I had been through the process before I still needed encouragement and education. Having a knowledgeable doula is essential when making hard decisions especially in stressful situations. These decisions can affect the health of mom and baby for years to come. Kaitlyn and Noura understand that. They are the real deal. Not once were they unable to ease my anxieties, give me solid advice, or a shoulder to cry on.
They were there to answer my questions, steady and calm during labor, and helped me through my PP and breastfeeding struggles.
They are both so kind and respectful. Kaitlyn and Noura know how sacred this journey is and respect mom and baby. They taught me how to advocate for myself during labor so I could have the birthing experience I wanted.
