We worked with Dasha and her teammate Tatiana as part of their doula service, and I’m so grateful to have had both of them supporting us through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Dasha met with us in person around week 32 to help us prepare for labor and discuss our birth preferences. She was calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring—helping us feel more confident and ready for what was ahead.
When we received the difficult news that our baby had fetal growth restriction, Dasha immediately reached out with a phone call to offer emotional support. We were still processing and hesitant about the idea of an early induction, but she gently reminded us of the medical risks of waiting while reassuring us that she and Tatiana would be there for us no matter what. I’ll never forget her words: “Surrender and go with the flow.” That grounded, compassionate guidance helped us let go of fear and trust the process.
After the birth, Dasha continued to check in and offer support through messages, making sure we felt cared for during recovery.
