I was not sure if I needed a doula when I was considering my birth team. When I spoke to Ashley on the phone to get a better idea of the care she provides, I knew immediately I wanted her there with me. The knowledge and compassion with which she works is such a blessing and I am so thankful she was a part of my birth. I know going forward, I will always have a doula (hopefully Ashley ????) for my future births and postpartum.
