I am an L&D nurse and I have had the privilege of working with many doulas throughout my career, and I can say with my whole heart that no doula compares to Morgan! Morgan is such a wonderful part of the care team and such a joy to work with. The first time I worked with Morgan, I instantly knew that if I hire a doula for myself one day, it will be Morgan.
Morgan is a wonderful combination of knowledgable, organized, and extremely encouraging and positive! She creates such a strong bond of trust with the families she works with. It is so clear that Morgan has a deep passion for what she does. She truly cares about your individualized birth experience - birth preferences can look very different from person to person, yet Morgan is ALWAYS your biggest cheerleader!! She does a beautiful job of advocating for her patient's desires while establishing an open, non-judgemental, and empowering environment. Morgan integrates herself SO well and seamlessly with the medical team in the hospital. Because of her many years of experience, she has gotten to know some of the nurses/doctors/midwives in the hospital, and has such excellent communication with them. I am not alone in saying the care team gets very excited to work with Morgan because she is just so wonderful. I have nothing but positive experiences!!
I love running into Morgan at the hospital!! Even when we are not working together with the same family, she always says hello to me and gives me the BEST hug!! And that speaks volumes for how wonderful of a person she is!!
I feel so honored that I have gotten to know Morgan over the last few years and I truly feel I am a better nurse because of my experiences with her!! She is the best and if you are considering hiring a doula for your birth, Morgan is the one!!!
