Shaina was such a blessing to have by our side on the day our son was born. Her energy is calming, reassuring, supportive and loving. She came to our house for our first session, and she spent over an hour with us practicing hands-on techniques to practice. She was on call for questions and anything we needed from the day we hired her, which not all doulas will commit to. On our big day, she got to the hospital quickly and was there for us for over 24 hours. She brought her tens unit which helped so much during uncomfortable contractions, helped me with different positions to try, and reminded me to breathe and relax (much needed). She supported and helped me navigate extremely difficult decisions, and reassured me that I was making the best choices possible. I absolutely love Shaina, and cannot recommend her enough. She was so worth it!
