Kim was my postpartum doula after having my first baby. So, I was new to a c-section delivery and newborn stage. Kim assisted a couple hours during the day, which gave me an opportunity to ask her all the questions I had. She was confident and knew all the answers to my questions. I realized after that, having her as the overnight doula would be more beneficial for me. She helped me so much with our baby boy. I was afraid, he would be super fussy, but she was good with him. She insisted I stay in bed and pump to make my life easier, but it was hard to pump in bed. She kept detailed notes that she provided me in the morning. Kim helped us out one Sunday, so my husband and I can celebrate a friend's birthday. I'm super comfortable with Kim taking care of our baby. We communicated via texts and was always available if I had any questions. I would recommend her to any family that's looking for help during this new phase of life.
