After learning about postpartum doulas during my birth prep, I knew that was a support my husband and I would want after the birth of our first child. My mother isn't really in my life, my mother-in-law wasn't going to be available, and we felt like we had no idea what we were doing. Enter Becky!
From the very beginning, Becky was a steady and knowledgeable voice, guiding us through this massive shift in our lives. She was there from the beginning, teaching us everything from breastfeeding tips and first baths to developmental milestones. All the nervous questions I had, that would have led us straight to urgent care countless times, she had a logical and fact-based answer for. When she was over, I could take a break to shower or do something for myself, knowing my baby was in excellent hands. Even her and our reactive dog became besties.
By the end of our three months together she was more like a big sister to me than someone we hired to help us. Our little family loves her and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a postpartum doula.
