Having Andria as a doula for the birth of my child was such a blessing! From the start her presence was always calming and reassuring and it put my mind at ease to know someone was helping me plan my birth and that I was sure to have someone there with me in the event that my husband couldn't be there. It was a mental load taken off of me and eased my nerves about the upcoming birth experience. During the birth Andria's voice was the most helpful one in the room and I found myself relying on her words and advice. After my baby was born she personally saw to it that my desires were carried out. I wanted to keep my placenta and she personally took care of the collection and storage of that for me. She was witness to everything I experienced and in those early postpartum days she was able to come visit and help me put my memories together and fill me in on details that I was too out of it to recollect. This really helped put my mind at ease and helped me process the whole experience. Overall, her kind and warm demeanor meant everything to me and beyond her doula expertise it felt also like having a close friend there to see me through, which was something I really needed. If we have another child I will definitely be wanting to hire Andria for doula services, I very much recommend her to anyone looking for extra assistance in their birth experience! Thank you Andria!
