I don’t think I am even able to put how grateful I am for Kizzy into words, but I will try. I had the honor of having Kizzy as my postpartum doula and I can honestly say with I would have been lost without her. From the start, she provided a warmth and kindness that was so appreciated. Her guidance and knowledge was so valued by me being a first time mom. She was critical to not only my physical recovery, but my mental. She cared for my newborn while i took a shower, took a nap and later in my postpartum journey, did a workout. She made protein balls and lactation cookies to help nourish my body and helped with some meal prep and did endless loads of laundry to help. I will always cherish my conversations with Kizzy and all the help she provided for me and my family. She started as my doula but quickly became my friend and my family.
