Alyssa was present during labor and delivery of both our children. She was the calm in the storm, walked in when my contractions began and I was absolutely terrified. But she touched my knee, told me to breathe. She did a bell curve with her fingers in the air showing me the pain would begin, peak and subside and I knew instantly that I was safe and understood. She is highly intuitive and empathetic, calm and nurturing, just the person one needs by her side during child birth.
