I have so many great things to say about Lauren, but if you only read a few sentences of this, my key advice is hire her as your doula!
Lauren was incredibly kind and supportive with me during my pregnancy, birth, and post partum. She is very responsive and informative. If she didn't have an answer for me, she went looking for the information. I originally planned to have a natural birth when I hired Lauren, and shifted my birth plan to planned C Section which was a big shift in terms of type of support needed. Lauren pivoted her resources and approach immediately and still provided me with the absolute best support. It's just really nice to know you have someone in your corner. Pregnancy is rough at times and I had so many questions. She always answered so quickly, thoroughly, and made me feel calm.
On my birth day, Lauren was running around the city trying to find me specific items to make me more comfortable, and has just been an absolute pleasure to work with.
I could go on and on, but overall, I'd highly recommend Lauren. She's full of life and energy and is wonderful to be around. A solid voice and advocate for you and your pregnancy and post partum journey. What more could you ask for!
