We feel so grateful to have had Caroline as our doula — she was truly the perfect match for us. From the very beginning, her calm, caring, and kind nature made me feel supported and at ease. She has such a grounding presence and a depth of knowledge, which was an enormous comfort throughout pregnancy and labor. She was always there to offer guidance, whether it was considering options for starting labor or considerations for procedures during delivery.
Caroline checked in often to see how I was feeling — not just physically, but emotionally too — and she was always responsive, communicative, and open. I never once felt like she didn’t have time for me, even in the busy weeks leading up to labor. When labor began (and lasted over 20 hours!), she was by our side every step of the way, offering gentle reassurance, a comforting hand to hold, and practical guidance. Even with an epidural, she kept me moving and helped me find positions that encouraged progress, which made me feel more in control.
Her presence brought such calm and confidence to the entire experience. I can’t imagine going through labor without her and would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated doula.
