I really enjoyed working with New Family Needs a lot, especially Hilary!! As a new parent with our first (and no family member live close by), we felt overwhelming with the baby at first. I reached out to Hilary when I don’t even how to change a diaper, and with her support, I feel more comfortable and empowered to take care of the baby. She really helps to ease my parenting anxiety. She is super knowledgeable and I get to ask a lot of questions and learn some skills. Sometimes it just feel super nice to know baby is in good hand and safe and cared, when I get to have a peaceful meal or want a minute for nap. Hilary is a perfect postpartum doula that I was looking for. She is very funny and I just simply love talking to her. Cannot recommend her enough. I will for sure let my friends know and I will come back for more supports when I have my second and/or third children. :)
