I am incredibly grateful to have Jin's support during the early postpartum period. As a first time mom, I found myself feeling overwhelmed with healing, lactation difficulties, sleep deprivation, newbon care, and above all, the immense uncertainty of whether I was doing enough for my baby. Jin was a wonderful calming presence in those confusing moments. They did not only support me by holding my baby so I didn't feel so touched out, but they also held me. That was so pivotal to my postpartum recovery, both physically and mentally. They were so observant and genuinely caring. They checked in often outside of their shifts and looked for resources to help navigate whatever challenge I was facing. They were my biggest cheerleader in my first few months after becoming a mom. At the end of our time together, they pretty much felt like familty to me, my husband and my infant daugther. We love Jin and cannot recommend them enough. They truly were a blessing!
