If I could recommend a doula, it would hands down always be Alexis! As any first time mom would agree, it can be scary, stressful, and overwhelming. My son was born a bit early which added to the worry. She was able to help us from the very beginning with education on sleep training, and post natal care. I am so thankful for the amount of sleep I was able to get for my recovery. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves her career! Not to mention she is an absolute natural when it comes to children, Alexis is nurturing and attentive. I am currently pregnant with my second son, and although I am ready for what is to come, I will absolutely be utilizing her when it comes to breastfeeding (I wasn't able to breast feed long for my first baby) and post natal care for myself.
