Patty is the best doula hands down she is so supportive, caring and encouraging. She was there for me, with all my worries this time around, it’s like she always knew what I needed to hear, whether it was info or positivity. I was so worried about a placenta previa diagnosis this time around and Patty helped me find my strength that everything would be ok, whichever route we would have to take. Thankfully it moved out of the way and Patty never doubted that it wouldn’t.
When I thought I was in labor she answered my call right away and helped to put me at ease. She came over just when I needed her and I don’t think I could have done it without her. While I was in labor I forgot all the little things I planned to do but Patty was one step ahead pulling out low lights, a music playlist and helping my husband set up some things in our home birth room. During contractions she knew just what I needed- hip squeezes were so relieving! She managed to take some of the most amazing birth photos and physically and emotionally be there for us as well. This was our second home birth having Patty as our doula we are so grateful she was by our side.
